PURPOSE:To enable to change the range of combustion to a large extent, by providing a vaporizing cylinder so as to be movable to the axial direction, in a burner which gasifys liquid fuel and burns it. CONSTITUTION:When air is fed through an air passage 5 and fuel is injected from a nozzle 4, the fuel is gasified while it goes through a gasifying chamber 7 in a rotating gasifying cylinder 8 and gets into an injection chamber 3. Part of combustion gas is injected from an injection gap 11, and the remainder gas is injected from the injection pores 2 of a combustion disk 1, toward the front side of a combustion disk 1, being ignited and burned. The injection gap 11 can be controlled by changing its width by moving the gasifying cylinder 8. When the injection gap 11 is made wide, the combustion flames are made large by the increased rate of combustion gas on the inside of a disk 1. When the injection gap 11 is made narrow, on the other hand, the combustion flames can be reduced. |
