PURPOSE:To easily instal a sound absorbing material by providing a stopping part for stopping said sound absorbing material on one opening end of a cylindrical part while providing a cap for covering said sound absorbing material on the other opening end. CONSTITUTION:A sound absorbing material 16 is fitted in a cylindrical part 15, which is provided in an integrated form with a case 2, on one side wall having a discharge port 5, of the case 2. The sound absorbing material is formed into a cylindrical shape with a self-form retaining porous material having a number of voids. A stopping part 18 is provided on the side of the discharge port 5 which is one opening end of the cylindrical part 15, stopping the sound absorbing material 16. A resin cap 20 covers the other end part of the sound absorbing material 16.
