PURPOSE:To prevent mis-judgement by making the display form different from each other when a display form control means is used and an opposite telephone number during talking and an opposite telephone number during holding are displayed respectively so as to display them distinguishingly clearly. CONSTITUTION:When incoming information comes, after a control circuit 5 detects the information and applies a prescribed connection control or the like, a telephone number of a telephone set at the caller side detects from the reception data incoming successively from an exchange. Then an opposite telephone number is written in a storage section 13 and displayed on a display device 12. On the other hand, a talker of said telephone set during standby uses a ten-key of an operation section 11 to make a dialing, then the control circuit 5 detects the opposite telephone number inputted by the ten-key switch, stores the number in the storage section 13 temporarily and displays it on the display device 12. Then the opposite telephone number is displayed in a standstill way during talking, the opposite telephone number during holding is blinked so as to distinguish each opposite telephone number during talking and during holding clearly.
