PURPOSE:To change a frequency of a sent tone and a duration time without changing the circuit constitution by revising sound source designation and duration time information from a sound control storage element when the duration time is finished. CONSTITUTION:Lots of digital signal bit patterns with different frequencies and start and end addresses of the bit patterns are stored in a tone generation storage element 1, sound source designation information to designate one of the bit patterns and the duration time information representing the transmission duration time of a bit pattern by the designation information in pairs with the sound source designation information are stored in a sound source control storage element 3, the sound designation information and the bit pattern are read based on the start and end addresses of the bit pattern are read to control the duration time based on the consecutive time information. In sending an audible tone of the new combination different from the frequency and duration time, it is corresponded by changing the tone generation storage element and the sound source control storage element without changing the circuit.
