PURPOSE:To facilitate the detection of a training signal and to easily recognize a setting time by using the training signal in which the phases of impulse signals generated sequentially are shifted by 180 deg.. CONSTITUTION:When the training signal 12 is inputted to the 1st smoothing circuit 1, an output of a delay circuit 3 is a signal 13 and an output of an adder circuit 5 is a signal 14. Then the output of a delay circuit 4 is a signal 15 similarly and an output of an adder circuit 6 is a signal 16. When the training signal 12 is fed to the 1st smoothing circuit 1, an output from the 2nd smoothing circuit 2 is a signal 16, an impulse corresponding to a vector 2C is generated at a timing T1 and an impulse corresponding to a vector 2A is generated at a timing T2. That is, the phases of the impulse signals generated successively are shifted by 180 deg.. Thus, the detection of an impulse is facilitated and it is easy to recognize how the RS-CS time setting is executed.
