PURPOSE:To select optionally all processors of a redundant constitution by providing a transfer means connected to respectively doubled interface means in order to transfer various information and data between the doubled first and second processors. CONSTITUTION:A function distributed processor SP40 managing an entire of a system and controlling a man-machine interface is constituted by the doubled system processor units (SPU0, SPU1) 400, 401, the doubled processor bus interface circuits (PBI0, PBI1) 402, 403 and an emergency control circuit (EMG) 404. LPs 10a-10x, 10y and a TP20 are provided with acting/standby change over circuits (A/S) 160-170, 180, 220, respectively. The A/S circuit 160 receives the command from the SP40 and changes over and sets doubled LPU0, LPU1, 100, 101 to an ACT and to a STBY mutually. The SP40 sequentially scans various trouble information of all the processors connected to an MBPUS70 and a PBUS91 through the MBUS70.
