PURPOSE:To attain the high transmission efficiency while using a simple half- duplex transmission line by providing a transmission section having a disturbing signal generating section generating a disturbing signal disturbing one and the same transmission line during reception and a reception section having an abnormity detection section detecting the presence of the disturbance from other device to the said transmission line during transmission. CONSTITUTION:The disturbing signal generating section 11 generating a disturbing signal disturbing one and same transmission line during the reception of its own node is added to a transmission section 7 and the abnormity detection section 10 detecting the presence of the disturbance from other device to the transmission line during the transmission of its own node detecting that its own node is in the reception disable state is added to a reception section 8. The disturbing signal is a signal which acts like changing at least one pulse to a data comprising several pulses, losing the signal level and the information. A reception node NM generates a reception disable signal 9 when any error is found out or at its own reception disable state such as an occupied reception buffer.
