PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for detecting normal conduction transition which does not operate errorneously when a plurality of superconducting magnets are combined, by providing a plurality of detection circuits for detecting normal conduction transition and generating a signal in a bridge circuit including a superconducting magnet coil as one side thereof. CONSTITUTION:When a superconducting magnet 1' is in the stop condition, a superconducting magnet 1 is excited. Normally, the bridge voltage to a circuit 5' for detecting normal conduction transition will be out of balance, generating a transition signal to an AND circuit 11, but since the bridge voltage to a circuit 5 for detecting normal conduction transition will not be out of balance, the transition signal to the AND circuit 11 is not generated, so a normal conduction transition signal is not generated at 12. Further, the superconducting magnet 1 is excited, and if normal conduction transition occurs, a transition signal is also generated from the circuit 5 for detecting normal conduction transition, and a normal conduction transition signal is generated at 12 by the AND circuit 11. Since this does not operate errorneously even against disturbance which is generated at the time of mutual induction, a highly reliable system for detecting normal conduction transition of a superconducting magnet is obtained. |
