PURPOSE:To obtain a stable circuit operation by using a resistor being a current restriction circuit so as to regulate an output current of a transistor (TR) being an input circuit to a desired current and using it as a reference current so as to drive a current mirror circuit thereby reducing the increase in a sub current flowing to a parasitic TR. CONSTITUTION:The current mirror circuit is constituted by TRs Q12, Q13, the TR Q12 is also employed for an output circuit using Darlington connection, the reference current Ia is regulated by a resistor R11 so as to reduce the increase in the collector current of the TR Q13. When an input signal Vin is at a high level, a TR Q11 corresponding to the input circuit is turned on. The current mirror comprising the TRs Q12, Q13 is provided to the output side of the TR Q13, and the TR Q13 constitutes an output circuit while being in Darlington connection with the TR Q14. Then a parasitic TR Qa is formed, and a parasitic sub current Isub flowing to the TR Qa is regulated by the current Ia.
