PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition which can give a cured product excellent in heat resistance, elongation, tensile strength and a balance among them, by mixing a glycidylamine epoxy resin with a bisphenol A epoxy resin and an epoxy resin curing agent. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of a glycidylamine epoxy resin (A) (e.g., N,N,N',N'- tetraglycidyl-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane) with a bisphenol A epoxy resin of an epoxy equivalent of, preferably, 180-500 at a weight ratio of 10-90:90-10, preferably, 20-80:80-20 is mixed with an epoxy resin curing agent (C) (e.g., Nadic Methyl Anhydride) and, optionally, a cure accelerator (D) (e.g., benzyldimethylamine) and, if necessary, a filler, fiber, pigment, etc., are added to the obtained mixture.
