PURPOSE:To improve the hoisting and tumbling performance of a weight by suspending a weight hoisting and tumbling mechanism having a multi-string fixed sheave and a mobile sheave from a ceiling crane main body. CONSTITUTION:In a tumbling operation, an assembled rocket 9 is an unbalanced load for a boom 6, therefore, a large tensile load is applied to a ceiling crane and its load direction is slant. However, a sufficient support capability is ensured by the augmentation of a multi-string fixed sheave 23 and a mobile sheave 24 of a weight hoisting and tumbling mechanism. In addition, a ceiling crane main body 20 is fixed by fixed support mechanisms 50-54, thus the rocket 9 is smoothly tumbled and operated together with the boom 6. After the tumbling operation of the rocket, the rocket is separated by a holding band, only the boom 6 is erected in the reverse operation sequence and fixed to an assembly tower 10 with a fixed pin 30.
