<p>PURPOSE:To realize stabilized reading by a card reader, by laminating a program board material, which is thinner than a card board body, on the upper part of the card board body to make program setting, correcting and changing easier. CONSTITUTION:In a fixed die 2 of a press, a movable blade 11 forms a fixed blade 13 which can be inserted. A card board body 2 is placed on the upper surface of the fixed die 12, and a program board material 4A, which is thinner than the card board body, is laminated on the top of the card board body. The press is actuated to lower a movable die 10, and the movable blade 11 cuts a program hole 3 and program piece 4 by a double-edged blade. The card board body part is punched and lowered, lowering of the 10 is stopped while the program board material part is located in the program hole 3, and then the die 10 is elevated upward. By doing so, the thin program piece 4 can be very easily pressed in and fitted into the program hole 3 of the thick card board body 2. It can be carried out simultaneously with external-form punching of the card board body 2.</p> |
