PURPOSE:To improve the battery saving by constituting a lag/lead filter with two each resistors and capacitors and connecting the two capacitors to a power line and an earth line respectively so as to prolong the holding time of a control voltage to a voltage controlled oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The lag/lead filter F consists of the 1st resistor 6 connected between the voltage controlled oscillator 1 and a phase comparator 2, the 2nd resistor 7 and the 1st capacitor 8 connected in series between the connecting point of the resistor 6 and the voltage controlled oscillator 1 and the ground and the 2nd capacitor 9 connected from a connecting point 11 between the capacitor 8 and the resistor 7 to the power line 10 of the voltage controlled oscillator 1. When switches 4, 5 are turned off at the battery saving, the electric charge in the capacitors 8, 9 is leaked respectively through the power line 10 and the ground. Thus, the change in the potential at the connecting point 11 of both the capacitors 8, 9 is reduced.
