<p>PURPOSE:To always guarantee the initial phase setting of a Doppler buffer by using an output signal of a phase uncertainty detection circuit of an error coding/decoding device so as to control the Doppler buffer absorbing the Doppler effect of a satellite. CONSTITUTION:In the titled system, the initial phase is not set at application of power unlike a conventional system, but a signal is sent to a Doppler buffer control circuit from the phase uncertainty detection circuit 6 is set when the phase uncertainty detection circuit 6 receiving a transmission signal detects the minimum phase of a syndrome pulse being an output of an error correction decoder 3 so as to fix a phase uncertainty elimination circuit 2. Thus, the initial phase setting of the Doppler buffer 4 is always guaranteed surely.</p> |
