PURPOSE:To reduce the motion space of a stopper and make a storage shelf low by horizontally moving an operating tool on the crane side, pressing/moving the operated section of a fall preventive stopper horizontally and laterally and setting the stopper to a retreating attitude from a working attitude. CONSTITUTION:A pair of the right and left load receiving members 10a, 10b are provided on stanchions 9 erected on both the right and left sides of a storage compartment. An extended section 11a is formed on a supporting bracker 11 fixed to the front end lower side of the load receiving member 10 on one side. The upper end of a stopper 4 is swayably supported on the upper end of the extended section 11a via a horizontal support shaft 12 parallel with the cargo storage/delivery direction. An operated section 13 is extended directly below the support shaft 12 from this stopper 4. When the roller 19 of an operating tool provided on a storage/delivery crane is operated and moved horizontally, the operated tool 13 is pressed and the stopper 4 is set to a retreating attitude. When the roller 19 is returned after the storage/delivery operation is completed, the stopper 4 is returned to the original position and functions as a stopper.
