PURPOSE:To obtain a measuring device of a corpushculr ray energy by an extremely simple constitution, by using a bolometer. CONSTITUTION:When an incident particle from an aperture 14 adheres to a collector 15, its kinetic energy is converted to heat, and the temperature of the collector 15 is raised. The heat escapes to the periphery from the collector 15, therefore, as time elapses, the temperature reaches a stationary state. To the collector 15, a thermistor 16 is stuck, and the temperature rise is detected. Also, even in a place where no particle comes flying, a thermistor 17 is placed, a temperature variation of the periphery of a bolometer is detected. The detected temperature difference of both the thermistors 16, 17 is outputted to a recorder 20 through a differential amplifier 18, and an amplifier 19. In this regard, as for the generated heat in case a corpuscular ray adheres to the collector 15, in addition to heat by a kinetic energy of the corpuscular ray, a solidifying heat which is generated in case a flying particle is fixed to the collector 15 exists, and by subtracting the solidifying heat from a measuring energy by the bolometer, a desired particle energy can be derived by extremely simple constitution.
