PURPOSE:To remove a neck in starting the execution of a job by providing a deleting part for deleting job description information selected by a selecting part from a memory area on an auxiliary memory device. CONSTITUTION:A monitor part 6 for monitoring a residence state of the job held on the auxiliary memory device 3, a decision part 7 for deciding whether the number of the residences of the job is larger or smaller than the desired value specified by a system based on the result of the monitor part, the selecting part 5 for selecting the job having the longest residence period based on the job description information held on the auxiliary memory device when the number of the residences of the job is larger than the desired value according to the decision of the decision part 7, and the deleting part 8 for deleting the job description information of the job selected in the selecting part from the memory area on the auxiliary memory device are provided. Thereby,the residence state of the job held on the auxiliary memory device is monitored at a suitable time, when the residence of the job is larger than the desired value, the held job is deleted from the memory area on the auxiliary memory device and the neck in starting the execution of the job during the generation of a large quantity of new job can be removed.
