PURPOSE:To make a curve and a linear groove machinable only setting a work at one time, by connecting one of a first arm to the side of a spindle head and making it rotatable at the specified angle to a spindle of the spindle head, while connecting a second arm to the other end of the first arm, and making it rotatable at the specified angle. CONSTITUTION:When a servomotor 92 of a first driving device is operated, a first arm 25 is rotatable as far as the specified angle to a spindle head 11. And, when a servomotor 63 of a second driving device is operated, a second arm 28 is rotatable as far as the specified angle to the first arm 25. Therefore, when a tool 61 of the second arm 28 is directed to horizontal, vertical directions, etc., whereby a spindle is rotated, curved and linear grooves, etc., are machined on a work W.
