PURPOSE:To prevent the flying-up of a sheet-shaped article in feeding by smoothly sliding the article by discharging an air stream from the upper part to an accumulation position and facilitating the adjustment by spreading the allowable range of the strength of the air stream discharged onto the under surface and permit the accumulation of the curled sheet-shaped articles. CONSTITUTION:An air discharging body 12 is arranged over an accumulation position A in the vicinity of a back guide 2, and an air stream D is discharged from the upper part towards the accumulation position A. Then, an air layer is formed between the under surface of the front edge part of a plate-shaped article 5 in feeding and an accumulation bundle, and the plate-shaped article 5 is slided on the accumulation bundle more smoothly by the action of the air layer, and the generation of hitching state is prevented certainly. Further, the air stream D suppresses the front edge 5a of the sheet-shaped article 5 from the upper part, and flying-up is prevented. Therefore, the allowable range of the strength of the air stream C discharged towards the undersurface of the sheet-shaped article 5 is widened, and the adjusting work is facilitated, and also the curled sheet-shaped article can be accumulated correctly.
