PURPOSE:To clearly print even on a paper having a rough surface and enable printed images to be corrected using the same ink ribbon, by providing a releasable layer, an ink layer and anchor layer on a base. CONSTITUTION:A releasable layer 2, an ink layer 3 and an anchor layer 4 are laminated on a base 1 in this order, the viscosity of the releasable layer 2 at a first heating temperature for printing being set to be lower than that of the anchor layer 4. The viscosity of the anchor layer 4 at a second heating temperature for correction which is higher than the first heating temperature is set to be lower than that of the releasable layer 2. By this, a thermal transfer recording ink ribbon 5 having a correcting function is obtained. The viscosity of the ink layer 3 in a softened or melted state is set to be higher than those of the anchor layer 4 and the releasable layer at any temperature. |
