<p>PURPOSE:To improve process efficiency by reading selectively a bit of image information stored at the first storage device based on a key read out from an index means, and providing the second filing means which stores a bit of read out image information at the second storage device. CONSTITUTION:The first filing means 1 which stores the bit of image information sent from a network system through a junction part at an erasable first storage device, and an index means 3 having a means which is provided at a place where the bit of information stored at the first storage device can be read out and stores the key sent from the network system are provided. And the second filing means 2 having the means which is equipped with a non-erasable second storage device having a larger capacity than the storage capacity of the first storage device, and reads out selectively the bit of image information stored at the first storage device based on the key read out from the index means 3, and stores the bit of read out image information at the second storage device is provided. Thereby, the process efficiency can be improved.</p> |
