PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body capable of maintaining the hysteresis state of an electric potential to a stable by jointly using a phthalocyanine compd. as a carrier generating substance, and a specific hydrazone compd. as a carrier transfer substance. CONSTITUTION:The carrier generating substance comprises mainly a metallo- phthalocyanine compd. and/or a metal-free phthalocyanine. The carrier transfer substrate comprises the hydrazone compd. shown by formula I and/or the hydrazone compd. shown by formula II. In the formula, R<1> is a substd. or an unsubstd. alkyl group, R<2> is a substd. or an unsubstd. alkyl or aryl group, R<3> is a substd. or an unsubstd. alkyl or aryl group. To form the photosensitive layer, the laminated type or the dispersion type, namely the functional separation type photosensitive layer is formed by jointly using the carrier generating substance and the carrier transfer substance. Thus, the titled body having a high sensitivity and a less tendency for generating the electric potential hysteresis due to a repeating use, and a stable photosensitive characteristics is obtd. |
