PURPOSE:To know weight of each object to be weighed, and the total weight without taking down the object to be weighed, from a pan at every one piece, by adding a weight data by an addition key, storing it in an addition memory, and setting a display of a display part to zero. CONSTITUTION:When a power source has been turned on, a count value in a state that nothing is placed on a pan 2 is set as a zero data and a zero point is determined by a scanning processing. Subsequently, when an object to be weighed is placed on the pan 2, a scale data processing is executed by a scale part 3 and a gross calculation is executed. When an addition key 6 is depressed, the gross weight of the object to be weighed which has been placed on the pan 2 is set as a fundamental weight, stored in an addition memory 15, and also a display of a display part 10 is set to a zero display. Thereafter, when another object to be weighed has been placed on the pan in an added state, only weight of its new object to be weighed is weighed and displayed. In this state, the key 6 is depressed and the stored data in the addition memory 15 becomes that which has added weight of the new object to be weighed, to the fundamental weight. Also, when a total key 7 is depressed, the total is displayed. In this way, weighing can be executed in order without taking down the object to be weighed, from the pan 2.
