PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the entire system with a simple switching operation by transmitting a supervisory control signal of plural channels in a two-line route through a common line connected between control stations in a system applying the supervisory control to a controlled system by a main control station and a standby control station. CONSTITUTION:A control signal and a supervisory signal are transmitted between an overall control station 10 and a management station 11 through carrier terminal station equipments 31c, 31d and a common transmission line 32c. That is, the control signal and the supervisory signal are transmitted between the overall control station 10 and the electric station 12 through a B route line 32b and the common transmission line 32c. Further, the control signal and the supervisory signal are transmitted between the management station 11 and the electric station 12 through an A route line 32a and the common transmission line 32c. Thus, even when a fault takes place in one of the line routes or one channel of the main control station. Thus, even when a fault takes place in one of line routes or one channel of the main control station, the supervisory control signal of plural channels is transmitted surely between the controlled system and the control station.
