PURPOSE:To control a system to be control accurately by presetting the quantity of correction for each step corresponding to the control over the system to be controlled and adjusting the quantity of correction for a feedback signal and also sending the feedback signal continuously between steps. CONSTITUTION:A thermocouple as a detector 1a detects ambient temperature nearby a control body 7 and the quantity of correction preset in a correction part 2 is shifted in the detection signal of the detector. The deviation of this correction-shifted feedback signal and a command (heat pattern) preset in a command part 3 for each step at specific time is inputted to an arithmetic and control part 4. A timer 5 corrects and shifts the detection signal to perform step time control for obtaining the deviation between the corrected and shifted feedback signal and the command. The arithmetic control part 4 performs arithmetic processing for making the control body 7 in a furnace coincident with the command based on the difference and a program controller 1 outputs a control signal for controlling an electric heater 6 according to the result. Consequently, the system to be controlled is controlled more accurately.
