PURPOSE:To easily obtain a sample by leaving a cell specimen on the surface of a filter having many circular thin holes and consisting of a material which can be dissolved by a solvent, and subsequently, dissolving the filter, and making the cell specimen stick to a slide glass. CONSTITUTION:The filter 2 is stuck to a filter seat 3 having a through-hole 8. Both surfaces of this filter seat 3 are inserted and held by holders 6, 7 through packings 4, 5 and fixed. Also, the injection port 11 of the holders 6, 7, and openings 9, 10 of the packings 4, 5 are communicated with the through- hole 8 of the filter seat 3. In this regard, the filter 2 has many thin holes, and a film consisting of a material which can be melted by a solvent is used. In this state, a sample liquid is injected into the injection port 11 of the holder 6, the liquid is permeated and a cell remains in the filter 2. Subsequently, the filter 2 to which a specimen is attached is removed from the holders 6, 7, etc., placed on a slide glass, dyed and the filter 2 is dissolved by a solvent, and the sample of a specimen placed in parallel is obtained. Accordingly, since the filter is dissolved, only the cell is stuck onto the slide glass and its shape can be grasped exactly.
