发明名称 QUANTITATIVELY MEASURING METHOD FOR SURFACE-ADSORBED LIQUID OF GRANULAR MATERIAL OR FIBER MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To quantitatively and exactly measure the surface-adsorbed liquid under prescribed acting force in a mixture for which various granular or fiber materials are used by preparing plural samples respectively prepd. by mixing the granular or fiber materials. CONSTITUTION:The plural samples respectively formed by mixing prescribed powders such as fly ashes, cement, slag powder, mud, clay or sludge, and the granular or fiber materials to be measured at the varied ratios of the powder with respect to water and other prescribed liquid are prepd. All these samples are subjected to a liquid removing treatment under specified treatment conditions and the liquid retaining amt. of each sample after the liquid removing treatment is determined. The liquid retaining rate with each powder is further determined from such liquid retaining amt. and the amt. of the respective powders in each sample. The ratio at which the difference between the liquid retaining rate and the liquid retaining rate of the powder in the zero state of the granular or fiber materials in each sample is fluctuated by the change in the ratio between the granular or fiber materials and the powder in each sample is obtd. as the surface-adsorbed liquid rate of the granular or fiber materials. The exact measurement is thus made.
