发明名称 PRODUCTION OF ENAMELED SUBSTRATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce stably a substrate coated with crystallized enamel when fine glaze powder dispersed in an org. solvent is electrodeposited on a metallic core and baked to produce an enameled substrate, by holding the metallic core in a specified atmosphere between the electrodepositing and baking stages. CONSTITUTION:An iron plate having through holes is immersed in a liq. for electrodeposition prepd. by dispersing fine glaze powder in an org. solvent such as isopropanol in an atmosphere dehumidified to 38% relative humidity (10 deg.C dew point) at 25 deg.C room temp. to electrodeposit the glaze powder on the iron plate as a metallic core. After the electrodeposition is finished, the metallic core is allowed to stand in the dehumidified atmosphere for 30min and held in a drier at 60 deg.C for 15min to perfectly remove the solvent by drying and then baking is carried out at 850 deg.C for 5min. Since the metallic core having the electrodeposited fine glaze powder is held in the atmosphere in which dew condensation does not occur, a substrate coated with fine crystallized enamel free from shrinkage defects is stably produced.
