PURPOSE:To produce a secondary cell with high charge/discharge cycle performance by using a conductive and flexible carbon film, which is made of synthetic rubber with carbon fiber dispersed in it, as a collector material. CONSTITUTION:As a collector 6 consisting of a positive electrode 1 and a negative electrode 2, is used a thermocompression bonding, flexible and conductive film which is made of synthetic rubber with carbon fiber dispersed in it. As a synthetic rubber, for example, is used a styrene-butadiene rubber, in which carbon fibers, 30-100mu in length and 7-8mu in diameter, are dispersed. Using this material, the film 6, approximately 30mu in thickness and approximately -1OMEGA in conductive sheet resistance, is made and used. In this way, it is possible to realize the solid electrolyte secondary cell with high charge/discharge cycle performance which can absorb changes in the volume of positive and negative electrode caused by the charge/discharge reaction, and keep good contact all the time. |
