PURPOSE:To reduce influence to be generated between adjacent bubbles, and to improve the reliability of a magnetic bubble memory by providing a page address allocation controlling means. CONSTITUTION:When a page address conversion controlling means 11 detects the first half page part out of total page addresses specified from the external, a page address conversion table storing means 13 allocates the specified page addresses to the absolute page addresses in even pages at the rate of one-to-one. In case of detecting the latter half page part, the specified addresses are assigned to the absolute page addresses in the even pages at the rate of one- to-one similarly by said table storing means 13, and then '1' is added to respective page addresses by an absolute page address converting means 12 to allocate the added addresses to the absolute page addresses in odd pages. In this case, the same table can be used for the first half page part and the latter half page part as said table and the storing capacity may be satisfied with a half of the total number of pages.
