PURPOSE:To attain the simultaneous use of two programs by securing such a constitution where both decoding parts for numerical control NC tape format and high-grade language program are switched with other working programs when said switching code is produced during execution of both decoding parts. CONSTITUTION:An NC tape format program 1 and a high-grade language program 2 are stored previously in a storage device 5. The program 1 is decoded by an NC tape format decoding part 3 when an NC device is operated automatically and delivered to a processing data output memory 6. When a G code 'G22' emerges in the program 1, the part 3 starts a high-grade language program decoding part 4. The part 4 decodes the program 2 and delivers the working data produced by the program 2 to the memory 6. When a G code 'G23' emerges in the program 2, the part 4 starts the part 3. Then the part 3 delivers the working data produced by the program 1 to he memory 6. In such a way, both programs 1 and 2 can be used at a time.
