<p>PURPOSE:To easily perform interchangeable reproduction among different devices, by recording information signals synchronously to the rotation of a magnetic head and controlling the phase so as to make the time of the phase difference between the rotation of the magnetic head and synchronizing information constant. CONSTITUTION:When information signals containing synchronizing information are dividedly recorded on each track, the information signals are recorded by performing time base conversion so that the signals can be synchronized to the rotation of a magnetic head at every track. At the time of reproduction, the synchronizing information is separated from information signals reproduced from each track and tracking control is performed so as to make the time of the phase difference between the separated synchronizing information and a pulse produced synchronously to the rotation of the magnetic head constant. Therefore, the original information signals are restored by performing time base conversion so that the phases of the information signals reproduced from each track can become continuous.</p> |
