The heat pump (3) works with energy from cleansed waste water or that from a natural reservoir. Water is fed in controlled quantities to its inlet from the top of a magazine (7) charged with heat from industry, a rubbish burning station, or nuclear plant. Water is also simultaneously conducted from waste water cleanser or reservoir to the bottom of the magazine. |
