PURPOSE:To increase a slip preventing effect on a road surface which is covered with ice or snow while reduce damage to a road surface which is not covered with ice or snow by housing a buffer body while fitting a spring body in between the upper body of a spike pin and a supporting flange body. CONSTITUTION:A spike pin S has an upper body A consisting of a chip 1, a shank 2, and a flange 3, a supporting flange body C placed below the upper body A while having a second flange 9, and a buffer body B placed in between both of those A, C and consisting of a fluid 7 which is housed in the housing part 11 of a recessed shank part 10 formed on the upper part of the flange body C, and which is sealed by a rubber-like elastic body 6. A flange projection part 4 formed on the bottom part of the upper body A, is slidably inserted into the shank part 10 formed on the upper part of the flange body C. And, a spring body D is fitted over the outside of the shank body 10, in between the first flange 3 of the upper body A and the second flange 9 of the flange body C.
