PURPOSE:To simplify the procedure of reservation by writing reservation information on an IC card of a subscriber and at the same time reading the card through an IC card reader of a supplier of information. CONSTITUTION:A subscriber 2 operates a reception terminal 21 for reservation based on the information given to a caption center 31 from an information supplier 1. In this case, an IC card 23 is set to an IC card write/read device 22 and the input information is sent to the center 31. Then the transfer procedure is applied to a designated bank for payment of the amount. When the deposit balance is confirmed, the reservation information is sent to the terminal 21 from a transmission terminal 11 and then to the device 22 to be written on the card 23. Then the subscriber carries the card 23 to the reservation site and performs the collation of reservation via an IC card reader 12. Thus the reservation is confirmed and therefore the reserving reserving procedure is simplified. |
