PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation of a seat back accompanying the opening and closing of an open roof by automatically returning said seat back from a forwardly inclined position to a normal position by means of the weight of said open roof itself via a link mechanism, at the time of opening/closing operation of said open roof. CONSTITUTION:A front part 7 and a rear part 8 which constitute a roof 2, are rotatably installed to a body via installing parts 11, 16 by means of pins 15, 17 respectively, thereby, enabling the roof 2 to be opened and closed by rotating the parts 7, 8 centering around the pins 15, 17. When the roof 2 is closed, an operating lever 47 provided on a rear deck D is rotated clockwise by means of a contact member 48 provided on the rear part 8, to return a seat back 31 automatically from a forwardly inclined position to a normal position via rods 45, 43, 44 which constitute a link mechanism 40. When the roof 2 is opened, the roof 2 is housed on a roof placing part 49 provided on the seat back 31, and the seat back 31 is automatically returned to its normal position.
