Amino pyridazino (4,5-b) indole derivs. of formula (I), in which R5 is H, alkyl, acyl or aroyl, R8 is H, alkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, hydroxy or aryl and R' is a nitrogenated radical, and their salts are obtained by reaction of a cpd. of formula (II) with a cpd. of formula R-CO-R'', in which R is p-methyl phenyl, phenyl, isopropyl, n-propyl, isobutyl, methyl or ethoxy, R'' is H, methyl or Cl, or R' and R'' together form -(CH2)5-, with some restrictions on R and R''.
