The tap comprises a body 3, two valves 11A, 11B for closing inlet pipes 1 and 2 and a cover 10. The inlet pipes end in a recess 6 of the body to which is connected an outlet spout 9. The valve opening is controlled by a disc 24 which comprises means 30, 27, 29 for giving it, as desired, a variable inclination alpha with respect to a plane perpendicular to the axis of the valves. The inclination of this disc lifts the valves by pressing the disc on shoulders made in stems 12A, 12B of the valves. By rotating the disc, the orientation of the inclination plane of the disc is changed which has the effect of opening one of the valves to a greater or lesser extent. These control means comprise a shoe equipped with a radial extension 30 making it possible to raise the edge of the disc, a rod 27 and a lever 29 comprising a cam 38. The mixing tap with a valve avoids the use of frictional devices freeing openings. <IMAGE>
