PURPOSE:To dispense with selection of a control system, by installing a first compressor discharge air pressure control system operating a combustion improving quantity and also a second control system operating an atmosphere relief valve. CONSTITUTION:A stabilizing furnace 7 is installed in an exhaust gas pipe line 6 out of a load part 1, while a combustion improving quantity is operated by a first compressor discharge air pressure controller 15. An atmosphere relief regulating valve 5 is installed in an air pipe line 3 out of a compressor 2b, and its opening is operated by a second controller 16. The setting value of the second controller 16 is set to be somewhat higher than the setting value of the first controller 15. And, the minimum combustion improving quantity during operation is set, and thereby the combustion improving quantity is prevented from becoming smaller than the minimum combustion improving quantity. With this constitution, selection of a control system at both times of load variation and stationary operation can be made into unnecessariness.
