发明名称 DETECTION OF IMMUNOLOGICAL REACTION BY USING MAGNETIC FIELD
摘要 PURPOSE:To make efficient measurement with high accuracy and reproducibility with a simple device by projecting a polarized radiation to a reactive liquid while displacing pulverized magnetic particles fixed with an antibody or antigen in the reactive liquid by a magnetic field and detecting the scattered light generated by the antigen-antibody reaction of the pulverized particles by an analyzer having the plane of polarization. CONSTITUTION:A laser luminous flux 12 emitted from a light source 11 is separated to luminous fluxes 14 and 15 by a semi-transparent mirror 13. The luminous flux 15 is made incident on an Si photodiode 19. The luminous flux 14 is passed through a condenser lens 16 and is linearly polarized by a polarizer 17. The polarized luminous flux is made incident on a cell 18. The antigen-antibody reactive liquid 20 added with the liquid to be inspected contg. the antigen or antibody by dispersing the pulverized magnetic particles fixed with the antigen or antibody into a buffer soln. is housed into a cell 20. The magnetic field rotating periodically around the incident light direction is impressed to the reactive liquid 20 by an outside magnetic field generator 21. The scattered light from the cell 20 is made incident through a collimator 22 and an analyzer 23 to a photodetector 24. The output signal thereof is processed together with the output signal of a photodetector 19 in a data processor 27 and the measurement result of the immunological reaction is displayed on a display device 32.
