PURPOSE:To enable vibration damping to be effected for both high and low frequency by defining the outer periphery of respective liquid chambers by means of peripherally transformable flexible membrane bodies in order to provide rigid members at least on the inner surface areas, facing stoppers, of said flexible membrane bodies. CONSTITUTION:Liquid chambers 4, 5, formed in an elastic body 3 between an inner and an outer cylinders 1, 2, is sealingly filled with incompressible liquid having necessary kinematic viscosity. At least a part of a liquid chamber defining part of the outer periphery part 3c for defining the outer peripheries of the liquid chambers 4, 5 of said elastic body 3 is made to be flexible membrane bodies 3e, 3f thinner than other parts, and air chambers 8, 9 are respectively formed between the outer peripheries of the flexible membrane bodies 3e, 3f and the inner periphery of an outer cylinder. On the other hand, rigid members 10, 11 are provided at least on the inner surface areas, facing stoppers 6, 7, of the flexible membrane bodies 3e, 3f. |
