A concrete building unit, comprises two concrete slabs (1, 2) positioned in parallel at a distance from each other and an insulating layer (3) filling the space between the concrete slabs, and wire trusses (5) positioned between the slabs and cast in the concrete slabs at the opposite longitudinal edges of the trusses. In order to simplify the assembly of the insulating layer, the central portion of at least one wire truss (5) is over the whole length thereof stationarily cast inside an insulating material (8) to form an integral body (4) with the insulating material. In a truss element (4) intended for such a building unit, a truss wire (6) is stationarily cast inside an insulating layer (8) to form a beam having a rectangular cross-section. <IMAGE> |
