The invention relates to a method for industrially manufacturing armoured doors from composite material in metal break-moulds. The break-moulds for the opening part 2 and for the stationary part 1, obtained by folding a metal covering sheet, have an anti-crowbar profile 3 and 4. These moulds are positioned on a jig 8 and wedged by wedges 7.
