PURPOSE:To apply transparent printing or coloring without generating any irregular colors by spraying atomized ink along a master picture pattern drawn on the surface of a transparent resin film. CONSTITUTION:Desired coloring is applied on the surface of a transparent resin film by an ink-jet system along the master picture pattern to produce the colored or printed transparent resin film. In this case, atomized ink is sprayed from a nozzle 2 on a transparent resin film 1 having a surface (a) to be colored along the picture pattern. Consequently, irregular colors are not generated, transparent printing or coloring can be applied, and a material to be stuck on a transparent material in buildings, automobile window glass etc., can be produced.
