MICRO-HEATER FOR SAMPLE OF GAS CHROMATOGRAPHIC APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To heat the micro-part of a solid sample with laser light to permit free selection of an analyzing region by providing an optical microscope for observing the sample on a sample holder in a sample introducing chamber and irradiating device for irradiating a laser to the sample. CONSTITUTION:The sample A is attached to the sample holder 4 and the holder is attached on a stage 3 which is movable in X-Y-Z directions in the sample introducing chamber 1. The sample A is observed by the optical microscope 5 and the point B desired to be analyzed is positioned to the center of the visual field. The laser beam emitted from the laser irradiating device 6 is irradiated to the analyzing point B. The generated gas is introduced into a gas analyzing chamber 7 where the gas is analyzed.
