PURPOSE:To direct a time display part always to a direction where man exists by rotating the time display part to the direction where the human body exists by a sensor for detecting the human body. CONSTITUTION:A sensor block 6 is slowly rotated within a specified angle by a motor block. The position where the man exists within the range of about 180 deg. forward is detected by one forward and backward movement of the sensor block. A terminal 6a moves back and forth in a resistor 12 according to the rotation of the block 6 and the voltage corresponding to the direction of the block 6 is generated from the terminal 6a. On the other hand, the output from an IR sensor 8 is supplied to a comparator circuit 14 and is compared with a reference voltage V. The voltage higher than the voltage V is generated from the sensor 8 when the block 6 faces the direction where the man exists. The output is, therefore, generated from the comparator circuit 14 and the voltage of the terminal 6a is supplied from a buffer 13 to a control circuit 15. The circuit 15 compares the voltage from the buffer 13 and the voltage of the terminal 6a and runs a motor 10 until both voltages coincide with each other.
