<p>PURPOSE:To retrieve and display quickly the desired document data without having a selecting operation with reference to the list of files, by retrieving the document data for each file and in response to the input time point data. CONSTITUTION:When a retrieving command is supplied from an input means 1a, a comparison means compares an access time point stored in a time point data part with the time point data produced by a timer circuit TM. A retrieving control means 21 reads out the specific document data and the desired data in response to the output of the comparison means and displays them on a display part 3. Thus it is possible to attain an electronic typewriter system that can retrieve the document files produced by an electronic typewriter, etc., in time series by a simple operation.</p> |
