The apparatus comprises a machine housing contg. a perforated concentrator, a feed device, and a delivery device which can be rotated with the concentrator and moved axially with regard to the latter. The concentrator is an open cylinder whose ends have cones which incline slightly inwards and whose end, which is fixed inside the cylinder, forms a low, radial edge.
