Making bored piles in stages (step-by-step method) while accurately adjusting reinforcement and concreting sleeves without ground water being able to penetrate into the concreting sleeve and without a lateral discharge of concrete from the concreting sleeve at construction joints being possible. After the casing tube is inserted and emptied, the reinforcement is let down on the plumb rod and is anchored in the ground. The base of the pile is then concreted. The concreting sleeve is put into the still fresh concrete of the pile base so that its bottom edge is sealed off by concrete. The concreting of the rest of the pile takes place later, and, in order to pull the concreting sleeve out of the already hardened concrete of the pile base, the concreting sleeve consists of two shells which are connected at the base in an articulated manner and can therefore be expanded at the head of the concreting sleeve. Field of application: making foundation piles. <IMAGE> |
