NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula II-II' or its salt. EXAMPLE:2-Chloro-9-cyclohexyl-9H-adenine. USE:An intermediate capable of synthesizing a novel purine derivative useful as a non-adrenaline drug for bronchiectasis, showing advantageous bronchodilatory action by itself. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula III (M is Na, K, Tl, Ag or HgCl) is condensed with a compound shown by formula IV-IV' (X is Cl, Br or I) is a substantially anhydrous organic solvent to give a compound shown by formula V-V', which is then aminated with NH3 in an inert solvent to give a compound shown by formula II-II'. Further, the compound is heated with a compound shown by the formula RO-Alk (Alk is Na or K; R is 1-6C alkyl) in an inert solvent to give a novel substance shown by formula Ia-Ib useful as the above-mentioned drug readily. |
